If we want to have something differently in our life, if we want to experience differently it is neccessary to alter our behaviour – our way of living.
Fasting and alkalic fasting are methods of cleansing and revitalisation. They can be health times, a chance to take time out and improve our wellbeing – from wich we can gain new strength and energy for our lifes.
When we want to change our eating habits both methods are very good starting points – since we initially dismiss our habits for a time.
